1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and max99 ("max99", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the max99 online gaming platform accessible at max99.cam and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any portion of the max99 Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific features or services offered through the max99 platform.

The max99 Service is available exclusively to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By registering an account with max99, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and any jurisdiction from which you access the Service. Online gaming is regulated in the Philippines by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), and users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming activities.

You further represent and warrant that you are not accessing the max99 Service from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the max99 platform complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws. max99 reserves the right to request identification documents at any time to verify your age, identity, and location, and failure to provide such documentation when requested may result in account suspension or termination.

2.2 Account Creation and Security

To access certain features of the max99 Service, including the ability to place wagers and participate in gaming activities, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by our registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may not create multiple accounts on the max99 platform. Each User is permitted only one account. Creation of duplicate accounts, use of accounts by persons other than the registered account holder, or sharing of account credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds or winnings. You agree to notify max99 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2.3 Prohibited Jurisdictions

max99 does not accept Users from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law. You represent and warrant that you are not located in, or accessing the Service from, any jurisdiction where participation in online gaming activities is illegal or restricted. Users accessing the max99 platform from locations where such access is prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

3. Use of the Service

3.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, max99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or make commercial use of the Service or its contents; (b) collect or use any product listings, descriptions, or prices; (c) make derivative use of the Service or its contents; or (d) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on the Service.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the max99 Service:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, collusion, or other dishonest activity
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or gain unfair advantage through bugs, glitches, or technical issues
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Service
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code from any aspect of the Service
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users or max99 staff
• Creating accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
• Laundering money or using the Service for any illegal financial transactions
• Accessing another User's account without permission

Violation of any provision in this Section may result in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of account balances, and possible legal action. max99 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities as appropriate.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

Users may fund their max99 accounts using approved payment methods including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers from Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and other methods as made available through the platform. All deposits are subject to verification and approval by max99. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited to User accounts immediately, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

You represent and warrant that any funds deposited to your max99 account are lawfully obtained and belong to you. max99 reserves the right to refuse deposits, request additional verification, or conduct due diligence on the source of funds in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations and internal risk management policies.

4.2 Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawals of available account balances subject to the following conditions: (a) account verification requirements have been satisfied; (b) any applicable wagering requirements have been met; (c) the withdrawal amount meets minimum withdrawal thresholds; and (d) the withdrawal request complies with max99 anti-money laundering policies. Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method as the corresponding deposit unless otherwise approved by max99.

max99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests, including proof of identity, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and other documents as reasonably necessary to verify User identity and prevent fraud. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and typically range from several hours to several business days. max99 shall not be liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

4.3 Fees and Currency

All transactions on the max99 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. max99 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals, though third-party payment processors may impose their own fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, e-wallet provider, or other payment method. Currency conversion, if applicable, shall be conducted at prevailing market rates, and you accept any associated conversion costs or rate fluctuations.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Game Integrity

All games offered through the max99 platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined exclusively by the RNG or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical actions of the dealer and the equipment used. max99 does not influence, manipulate, or predetermine game outcomes in any manner. All games are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party auditors to ensure compliance with industry standards for fairness and randomness.

5.2 Wagering and Bets

All wagers placed through the max99 platform are considered final once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their bets before confirmation. max99 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious error, technical malfunction, or violation of these Terms. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts shall be void, and Users' stakes shall be refunded to their account balance.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent activity, is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and account termination.

6. Responsible Gaming

Online gaming should be viewed as entertainment, not as a means to generate income or solve financial problems. max99 provides various responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Users who wish to self-exclude from the max99 platform may contact customer support to request account closure. Self-excluded Users will be prevented from accessing the Service for the duration of the exclusion period.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The max99 platform, including all content, features, functionality, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and service marks displayed on the Service, are the exclusive property of max99 or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that the Service and any underlying technology or software contain proprietary information that is protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the max99 trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property displayed on the max99 platform is strictly prohibited and may violate copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, max99, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (e) any other matter relating to the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, max99's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall max99's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to max99 in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless max99, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the max99 Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in the English language.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, max99 may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of its intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.

11. Termination

max99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) extended periods of inactivity; or (d) upon your request. Upon termination, your right to use the Service shall immediately cease, and you shall forfeit any outstanding bonuses or promotional credits.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting max99 customer support. Upon termination at your request, max99 will process any pending withdrawals of your available account balance in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of any required verification and compliance with applicable terms.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to max99. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. max99 implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features or promotions, constitute the entire agreement between you and max99 regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

The failure of max99 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by max99.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any third party without max99's prior written consent. max99 may assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without restriction and without your consent.
